The prestigious world class, six stars Race Track Marina Yacht Club is located on Yas Island. The area is located immediately adjacent to the race track and is bound on three sides by water.

The two buildings of the Yacht Club have an oyster-like design with hard shell roofing that wraps over the building and acts as a canopy giving further protection from the sun.

SCOPE OF WORK:

– Complex Design and Engineering of the main envelope, done by the joint teams of Glassline and MDE.

– Execution of this fast-track project, finalized in 7 months, consisting of:

– 600 tons of volumetric shaped steel structure,

– 18,000 m² of glazed façades, curtain walls and composite panel cladding.

– 6,000 m² of roofing systems.
